Adaptation has become a common word in all types of meeting around the world.
Everyone is seeking for a better way to adapt themselves upon facing a new reality.
The pandemic is pushing us to practice the ethical principles, and of course, stay stead. Companies with ethical principles are in advantage because they keep working without losing the purpose.
Helping each other seems like a perfect choice to face the current situation and making sure people can surpass it together.
Networking is not only important, but it is also crucial. It could be the bridge to the next phase of the economy. If I were asked to summarize what our industry needs the most at this time, I would say to stay stead and connected.
In the ITS industry, everybody knows everybody, and that is why smart leaders are taking their companies to the next level by using a triad recipe with ethical principles, real promises, and acting as said.
As long as companies are present and transparent with its purposes, they get a chance to have all doors opened because at the end of the day, innovation, cost-effectiveness, and commitment are always welcome.
Taking from our own experience, we decided to join TEAMFL – an amazing networking channel – that is providing us several ways to connect with well-known companies. As a new company in the market, I can say how important this support has been. TEAMFL is a portal of opportunities not only because we can educate ourselves about what is going on in the market but also on the quality of its members.
In this month FTA will participate in one of the TEAMFL webinars, an opportunity to share new trends that are not in place in the US yet and discuss the relevance of tolling by weighing for instance. We will bring more condiments to the safety recipe and explore how we could move forward with innovation like that. We appreciate TEAMFL to give us a room to add value to the current ideas for new solutions on the roads.
Being a TEAMFL member puts us in connection with very respectful companies and people. Citing Collins, Jim Good to Great, “People are not your most important asset. The right people are”.
We expect to use these relationships as an extra motivation to keep working hard to provide the best we can do for this industry. Therefore, we are building strong relationships based upon our commitment to save lives through our technologies, to work with innovative solutions, and to rely on a high level of software developers.
FTA is building its credibility by actions, not only by words.
